As an insurance producer, we are authorized by our license to confer with you as a purchaser of insurance about the benefits, terms and conditions of insurance contracts; to offer advice concerning the substantive benefits of particular insurance contracts; to sell insurance; and to obtain insurance for you. Our role in any particular transaction will typically involve one or more of these activities.
We may receive compensation from the insurer(s) providing the insurance contract(s) to you, based on the insurance contract(s) that we sell. Such compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including the insurance contract(s) and the insurer(s) that you select. In some cases, other factors such as, for example, the volume of business, retention or profitability of insurance contracts we provide to an insurer may also affect our compensation.
For a separate fee or fees paid by you, we, or one of our affiliates, may provide other services to you that are not related to the purchase of an insurance contract, such as human resources software services, payroll services, or other services not related to the purchase of insurance. You are under no obligation to purchase any insurance product from us or any of our affiliates in exchange for receiving those services.
You may obtain additional information about compensation we expect to receive based in whole or in part on the sale of insurance to you, and, if applicable, compensation expected to be received based in whole or in part on any alternative quotes we present to you, by sending us an email at namelybenefits@namely.com.
