Application Details

Please Answer the Following Prompt:

How will the Namely HR Scholarship help you build a better workplace? In your response, please describe at least one near term challenge you hope to solve in your current workplace, and please share how you hope to change the field of HR over the course of your career.

Judging Criteria

We’ll rate applications on the following criteria:

How well did you define the challenges you face? We’re looking for anecdotes, research, data, etc to bring the problem to life.
What level of impact will you have on your current workplace?
What level of impact will you have on the field of HR?
How unique is your vision for your career?
How well did we get to know you through your application?

The Judging Panel

The judging panel will be a panel of HR thought leaders, experienced HR professionals, and senior Namely staff.

How to Submit Your Application

How Can I Submit My Application?

Please email your response to Scholarship@namely.com. Please keep in mind file size limitations and permission settings. For example, if you choose to submit a video, please make sure it is small enough to directly attach, or ensure the link is acecssible to viewers.

What Format Should I Submit?

Feel free to get creative with your responses! Is it a personal essay? Is it a video? Our goal is to get to know you, your challenges, and your ideas. Feel free to respond however you feel most comfortable expressing yourself.

Here are some formats you may consider with general guidance:

Word Document or PDF: 2-3 pages
Video: 1:00-2:00 in length
Website: One scrolling page or 2-3 interactive pages
Comic Strip: Up to you!
